Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that schedules change and aim to be fair to all students while maintaining responsible class planning and range reservations.

Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the scheduled class date are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 14 days before the class are not refundable, but may be transferred to another available class one (1) time only.

Transfers are subject to availability and must be used within a reasonable timeframe.

No-shows are not eligible for refunds or transfers.

If a student is unable to attend the rescheduled class, the registration will be forfeited.

By accessing this website, registering for training, or participating in any course offered by N414 Defense, EWG Guns or Tamara Dumont, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Training and Participation
All firearms training involves inherent risks. By enrolling in any course, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your participation and agree to follow all safety instructions provided by instructors.
Completion of training does not guarantee issuance, renewal, or approval of a Concealed Carry Weapon (CCW) license. All licensing decisions are made solely by the issuing authority.
Eligibility
Participants must meet all legal requirements for firearm possession under federal, state, and local law. N414 Defense, EWG Guns and Tamara Dumont reserve the right to deny participation to anyone who does not meet eligibility or safety standards.
Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver
You understand that firearms training involves physical activity and the use of live firearms. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and agree to release and hold harmless N414 Defense, EWG Guns and Tamara Dumont, its instructors, agents, and affiliates from liability for injury, loss, or damage, except where prohibited by law.
Compliance With Laws
Students are responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable firearm laws. Instruction is provided for educational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice.
Intellectual Property
All website content, course materials, logos, and branding are the property of N414 Defense, Tamara Dumont and may not be reproduced without written permission.
